Originally from the midwest, Trisha grew up in the suburbs of Kansas City in her hometown of Overland Park, Kansas. A gifted violinist, her musical talents have taken her across Europe, as far south as Dallas, and westward to the beautiful city of San Francisco. She called San Francisco home for ten years, completing two degrees in music there. Upon graduating, she felt drawn back home. Returning to Kansas City, she pursued a doctorate from the prestigious Conservatory of Music at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Upon finishing her doctorate, a violin audition with the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra led Trisha to Little Rock. Here, she would not only win that audition, a tenured position with the symphony, she would also meet her husband (a once self-proclaimed bachelor) at a symphony concert. Thanks to Kirk’s views on marriage changing after meeting Trisha, they were soon married, with baby Ava coming a couple of years later. Now that her roots are firmly planted in the beautiful “natural state,” Trisha has a passion for helping others do the same.
Over the past few years, the Freeney’s purchased and remodeled two homes (a rental in Jacksonville and a flip in Sherwood), and invested in land in Cabot. They have also been remodeling their current home, an ongoing project in which Trisha has enjoyed the process. Through this journey of home ownership and investment, Trisha has developed a passion for real estate, home improvement projects, and design. It is this passion that led her to a career in real estate.
Trisha is real and transparent with her clients and strives to provide them unparalleled service. Trisha knows first hand that buying, selling, or investing in property can be stressful, especially if things don’t go as smoothly as planned. When not working diligently for her clients, you will find Trisha practicing her violin, performing with the symphony, teaching violin lessons to students aged 5 to 65, or spending quality time with her husband and toddler.
Oh, and when Trisha finds you that perfect house…you can rest assured that you already have a guaranteed violinist to serenade you and your guests at your house warming party.
